Faulty Sweaters:
If you believe the item you received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hello@beaniesandbobs.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide us with all relevant order details for prompt assistance.
Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
