At Beanies and Bobs, we dispatch orders from Hamilton, NZ, Monday through Friday. As some of our products are customised to your specifications, kindly allow a turnaround time of 7-14 business days, plus additional delivery time within New Zealand.

For the most current turnaround times, please refer to our Instagram bio. Processing time starts the following business day after your order placement. Enjoy free shipping within New Zealand on orders over $160. Shipping is calculated on weight or volume (whichever is greater) and is displayed on the checkout page when an address has been entered.
