To create your perfect embroidered name jumper, please follow these guidelines:
Refer to our size guide for an accurate fit. Our jumpers are oversized so if you prefer a snug fit, we recommend sizing down. Please note that the measurements were taken by manually measuring the item.
Letter Limit and Spelling: You can submit up to 9 letters for one name or word, which will fit comfortably across the jumper. Your words are case-sensitive. Please triple-check your spelling as the embroidery will be done exactly as per your order.
Yarn Options and Placement: Choose between two thicknesses: classic and chunky. The classic thickness is suitable for all words, while the chunky thickness is suitable for up to 7 letters per word. You can opt for a single colour or multiple colours. By default, words will be stitched on the front. If you prefer a different location, such as the back, please specify in the notes.
Colour Customisation: If you want different letters embroidered in different colours, clearly specify in the yarn colour section which letters should be in each yarn colour. If you want us to design the jumper, leave the notes section blank.
Optional decorative Add-on (+ $5.00 – max 3): If you’d like to add flowers, fruit, bows or bees scattered around the name/word, please indicate this in the Optional decorative Add-on with ‘Strawberry’ for example, along with your chosen yarn colour(s). For flowers, indicate one colour yarn for the petals and another for the centre. For bees, choose one colour for the body, one for the stripes, and one for the wings (e.g., 3 Flowers – petals colours 3, 6, 7 and centre colour 19. Leaves colour 22; 2 Bees – body colour 16, stripes colour 19, wings coulour 13).
Please note that our hand-stitched embroidery is personalised, so we kindly ask for a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks. Following this, please allow for additional time for delivery within New Zealand.
